WELCOME TO THE IRONBRIDGE RUNNER WINTER 3K SERIES
Welcome to the Winter 3k Series 2014 which will take place on Monday nights in October and November. Races will take place at Exeter Arena on the Athletics Track. Entries will be seeded into races according to predicted times which makes for great racing for people of all speeds!! There will also be Under 11 Mile Races.

Prizes:
Best 3 Races to count for series, Prizes for all Junior, Senior and Vet Cats. Scoring will be based on accumulative time over the 3 rounds.
The number of Prizes awarded will be based on the number entries in that particular cat. It will be as follows:
4 or less runners done 3 rounds = 1 Prize (We will always award first place regardless of entry)
5-7 runners done 3 rounds = 2 Awards
8 or more runners done 3 rounds = 3 Awards
Overall series prizes will be posted out after the fianl round of the series, we will not be making awards on the night.
Graded races suitable for all abilities in a safe traffic free environment

This will be based on a runners 3 best scores out of the 3 rounds i.e.
runners must complete all 3 events to be eligable to count for the
