FEES

The entrance fee of £50 per Club/Organisation should be made payable to Westward Winter League and forwarded to Jayne Reed (see below for address) prior to the commencement of the season together with an advance payment towards athlete race fees (see below).

The fee per athlete per race £1 for Seniors and 50p for Juniors

To relieve the administrative load on the organisers we ask that clubs pay a lump sum at the commencement of the season to cover the estimated cost for athletes competing. This will be monitored closely and any adjustment either way can be made when appropriate. Exceptions to the arrangement will only be allowed if prior arrangement has been made.

The levy is vital to enable the League to function and all running costs have to be met promptly.

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE BY 30th SEPTEMBER FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REASONS

Registration for these athletes is to be made in writing by a Club Official giving name, date of birth and Club.

Veteran Ladies (O/35, O/40, O/45, O/50, O60) – ages as at date of first League fixture
Veteran Men (O/40, O/45, O/50, O/55, O/60) – ages as at date of first League Fixture

Registration for women/men in the Veteran categories is to be made in writing by a Club Official giving full name and date of birth. A list of last season’s registration for both Ladies and Men is enclosed – please amend/delete accordingly and return. Kindly only register those athletes who are likely to participate. Keep a copy for your records.
